Welcome to the Tranceformation course – a powerful life and body changing experience that will have lasting and permanent change.

With a background as a former personal trainer and competitive natural bodybuilder, I bring first-hand experience of the discipline, mindset, and behaviour change required for lasting physical transformation. I hold a degree in Nutrition and Food Science and a YMCA Fitness Instructor qualification, ensuring all work is grounded in evidence-based practice rather than quick fixes or trends.

Alongside this, I am a qualified hypnotherapist, supporting clients to address the mental and emotional barriers that often sit beneath habits, motivation, confidence, and self-belief. By combining hypnotherapy with practical knowledge of training and nutrition, I help people create change at both a conscious and subconscious level.

This integrated approach recognises that sustainable health is not just about what you eat or how you train, but how you think, feel, and respond to stress, patterns, and setbacks. My work supports long-term change by aligning mindset, behaviour, and wellbeing—treating the person as a whole, not a set of symptoms.
