I am an experienced and compassionate mental health trainer, qualified as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Suicide First Aid Instructor and an ASIST-qualified practitioner. I also specialise in creating and delivering bespoke mental health and suicide prevention training, designed around the specific needs, risks, and realities of each organisation or community.
My approach is practical, evidence-based, and human. I focus on building confidence as well as knowledge—supporting people to recognise early warning signs, have safe and effective conversations, and take appropriate action when someone may be at risk. All training is tailored, engaging, and delivered in a way that makes even the most challenging topics accessible and safe to explore.
Whether working with workplaces, education settings, frontline services, or community groups, my aim is to reduce stigma, strengthen skills, and empower people to support others while also caring for their own wellbeing.
